Woodcraft Technologies, Inc is located in Winchendon, MA and is
looking for a trustworthy, energetic individual to join a close knit
team of motorcycle enthusiasts who love what they do. Woodcraft is
looking to develop a key member of our staff who will not only
interface with customers but also contribute to the continued growth
of Woodcraft by assisting with internal organization, marketing
strategy and customer service. Woodcraft is steadily growing every
year, our sales strategy is not based upon volume, but instead
focused upon customer service. Once fully trained, employees are
empowered with the latitude and decision making ability that leads to
true satisfaction not only for the customer but for themselves as
well.
Knowledge of the road racing industry is a plus, but we can train the
right individual. Basic computer and internet skills are a must, as
is the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Woodcraft does not categorize jobs with industry standard
descriptions. This position entails the ability to handle all
aspects of customer needs and order fulfillment from start to
finish. Most important is a great attitude and a willingness to
learn.
This is a full time position with some flexibility with respect to
schedule if needed. Initial compensation will be based upon
experience and will increase relative to job performance. Woodcraft
