This helmet is a small. I used it for one season. I had a Shoei RF-1000 before and I missed that high quality feel of that helmet. This is not to say this is a bad helmet, it just doesn't compare to Shoei and Arai (I now have an Arai Profile) I only used it to ride to and from work (20 minutes one way) It has no odor to it. Still very clean on the inside.

It comes with a clear and tinted shield, breath guard, and chin skirt.

Yea, Joe Rocket borrowed HJC's helmet and made a few changes.

Without a scale, it feels lighter than my old RF1000 and my new Profile.

You could change it to a medium or possibly a large with new cheek pads. Makes me wish I didn't give away a Medium AC-12 with my bro's bike.
