Ok, I know nothing about plows, if they get old or die or go extinct and are destined to rust out, so please bear with me on this one. I found in my backyard, on my property, an abandoned plow. It is longish, it is yellow, and rust colored, has some spring and chainlike things, and a black mount (light rust). Don't know if it would be good for someone with a bigger driveway or worth repainting and selling, getting $ for scrap, or using it at all. If you can get it out of my yard with any help from me, it's all yours. It's located in Oxford, ma.

Hmmm, if only I could find a free truck....
Go fast. Have fun. Repeat.
Sooner the better, just want it gone.
I'll throw in a couple beers and you can mow my lawn while you are down.
Bump. Can anybody recycle this for cash anywhere? Come on down.
It looks like it will be here, just don't want it to get more rusty on ya. And also, feel free to drop off any dirtbikes you aren't using.
Yahoo maps says 278 mi. from lake champlain vt to oxford ma. that's quite a ride for a rusty older plow. were you going to be in ma already?

still here, anyone know what this would be worth for scrap?
Call around to some metal recycling places and see what they are getting for steel per pound.
You could also try to get names / numbers off the plow and the frame...then possibly find out weights of each to get an idea. Figure out what truck(s) the frame fits and you could probably make more $ selling them on CL or the local paper.

To be worth anything for scrap it would have to be over 500#.
