Registration to this forum is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. Failure to know these rules is not an acceptable reason for violating them. Although the administrators and moderators of NESR Forums will attempt to keep the forum content within these guidelines, it is impossible for us to review all information posted here. All posts express the views of the author, and New England Street Riders cannot be held responsible for the content of any message.

(1) Unapproved advertising on NESR is not permitted. Anyone posting unauthorized solicitations or advertisements of any kind will be warned and have the offending posts removed accordingly. Repeat offenders will be removed from the community permanently.

(2) Posting Content:

• Adult content is not allowed. This means nudity, mostly.
• Content that's NSFW must say so in the thread title.
• Content that's NSFW should not include hot-linked or attached images. Use links instead.
• Bulk spamming of any sort via posts, PMs, or e-mail will result in immediate and permanent banning.
• Do not post race results in message titles, and label such posts as “SPOILER”.
• Post your message only once, and post it in the appropriate forum. Posting links to the same message in multiple forums is not allowed.
• Knowingly reposting material that was previously removed by the administration will not be tolerated.

(3) New members must be in good standing for a period of 90 days before being allowed to list items in the for sale forum. Premium members get immediate access. Posting items for sale in other people's threads or in other forum to get around this setting is not allowed.

(4) Try not to be a dick. Isolated incidents of insults/name calling are usually tolerated, but when it starts getting carried around from thread to thread it will be dealt with accordingly. The Administrators and Moderators have the green light to delete or edit ANY thread on the forum when things get out of hand. While use of this power is a last resort, it will be used when necessary.

(5) If you act like an idiot and can't handle the backlash, you're on your own to leave NESR - we will not delete your account or your posts for you. If you have a good reason for making this type of request, please contact an administrator.

(6) Making threats of physical harm against another member will not be tolerated. This includes threats made in the public or private forums, public or private user groups, gallery comments, visitor messages, private messages, and any other area of the site where members are able to submit content.

(7) NESR will not act in any capacity as to protect any sponsoring vendor by limiting free speech except in the case of slander/libel or harassment. With that said, the difference between a constructive inquiry or airing of concerns, and being a troll is usually crystal clear and the latter will be handled accordingly.

(8) Bannable Offenses - We don't like banning people and prefer to let the community govern itself as much as possible. Occasionally people make that a difficult policy to follow by crossing unwritten lines of decency. With that said, here are some things that will be considered grounds for banning:

• Racism / Bigotry - It's 2022, stop being a tool.
• Libel - Making false accusations, especially those with the potential for legal ramifications.
• Threats/Harassment - If you can't handle participating on an internet forum without going there, then you suck and aren't welcome here.
