I wear 10 1/2, and these boots are slightly larger so I'll say they are true to size.

When would be a good day/time to try the boots or buy them?

6ish I guess. I'm usually home by that time everyday.

I have to add that I seem to be missing the toe sliders. I cant find them. But they are made to be replaced so I'm sure if you need them you can get them from Teknic cheap.
