Weight centered. Balls of your feet should be on the pegs with your knees gripping the tank. You will want to be in the attack position. It is key to hold on with your legs and stay as loose as possible on the bars while braking through large braking bumps. One trick to braking bumps. Often times you can charge a little deeper into the turn and do most of your braking beyond the worst of the bumps. Often times the bumps form up early on entry into the turn. If you can stay neutral or on the gas through them the front suspension can deal with them much better than on the brakes.

come into a turn too hot, hit the braking bumps and just wipe out

No, it's not worth it, it's an xr100. Neutral weight, transitioning fwd for the corner.
