Got dirty today

Wow, am i out of shape I could hardly do 2 laps around the track and had major arm pump and couldn't hang on anymore. We only rode for about an hour and a half and i'm feeling the pain now already, but it's a good sorta pain We're shooting for one day a week after work for the entire season to get out riding. The goal will be to complete 20 or so laps without the arm pump

I think the ice studs i put in for the winter riding were a bit to long, i removed them all a coulpa weekends ago and today when i went to load it up, i had 4 flats

Well the shee's cylinders are getting a .020 over and the mach. shop allready has my Weisco kit for measurments. Having them glass beaded as well

Cool ! Ordered my new Boysen reeds today And my new billet AL water pump impeller, the plastic oem one is a POS ! It was disintergrating. Fuck now I need to save and buy a trailor

I always wanted to get into this dirt thing. I started my biking experience on a dual purpose. That didn't work in real close quarters.

I would also like to get into shape while enjoying the workout.

Where is this track? I want to hang out to get some input from experience riders before plunging into something that is just not the right fit for me.
