i had been using MotionX for years, but recently i can't keep a solid GPS signal which must be an issue with my iPhoneX ?? never had issues in the past. i switched to using my Fitbit Ionic watch to track GPS which always works fantastically. after tracking with the Ionic, i export the file as a .TCX and import into AllTrails.
yes, i'll take a copy of your GPX and get you copies of mine. will PM later on.
EDIT: and nice work at the Wood Chopper! we hit the JDay, course looked awesome, i was jonesin' to ride.

Had my shoulder surgery last Thursday with a great outcome. One of the procedures they were going to do was a biceps tendonesis: cut off a bicep tendon and reattach it to the humerus. Well when they got in my shoulder they found the tendon was fine, I just had a lot of scar tissue causing pain and inflammation. They removed the damaged tissue, did the clavicle resection (cut of the end of the bone in the AC joint) and stitched me up. Because they didn’t relocate the tendon attachment point, my recovery time is only 4-6 weeks instead of 3-4 months. Looks like I’ll be back to ripping by early-mid-November. Woot!

So I broke my scapula. Decided to ride Wrentham Sunday. Wasn't going to, but the sun was reminding me that riding season's coming to a close. Lost the front downhill on some loose stuff. Pitched the bike sideways and shoulder checked a rock. Happened oddly quick.
Met the ortho today, surgeon apt at MassGeneral next. Any tips? I haven't gotten a firm yes, but I'm pretty sure surgery's gonna be happening.

That sucks man. I don’t have any experience with that injury but good luck to you. It always happens quick...

Ouch.
I dnf’d rocktoberfast enduro. Course was brutal, so I’m not all that sad about checking out, even though it meant kissing a championship goodbye.
My wrist is pretty jacked, so I may just go get it looked at now that I know I’m not really in contention and try and come back strong for next year.
Good luck with the injury.

September 30th - a few posts up. Doc screwed it back together 2.5weeks ago. I basically rode the bike in to the ground in a low-side. Happened so quick my feet and hands were all still on the bike. My shoulder made contact with the raised ground first. It featured a small protruding rock firmly embeded in the ground. I pretty much ended the fall/slide using my shoulder. If it weren't for the rock, I think I woulda slid and been mostly fine.
I was really disappointed that I'd be missing prime riding, but seems like I've gotten a bit 'lucky' if you can call it that with the way the weather's gone.

Another epic trip to Hatfield McCoy. If you haven't been and you like to ride the dirty you.. well.. should.
Word is they are going to strip mine and top the mountain the pocahontas area is on. Ride 'em while you can.

Extra sucky as our usual MO when riding that area was to drop into the town of Bramwell for lunch. They have this place the "Corner Store". I could happily live off their burgers.
Got started thinking I was traveling with an eating group with a motorbike problem.
PS: If you ride a KTM, keep on your wheel bearings. Ask us how we know.
nice, i'm jealous. where did you ride?
with all of this water i don't know whether to bring the bike in and strip it down or attempt another ride or two. all our local stuff is flooded out.
