    Jimmy D

In case you missed the Lites this weekend:

Jimmy pulled off a second in his heat race. He started the main in second and made a pass for the lead. He held the lead for about 5 laps before his teamate and the Pro-Circiut Kawi's made their way by. He pulled in a very respectable 5th.

So far he has finished with a 5th, 7th, 2 - 8ths, and a 10th. He is currently 10th in the West points, even though he did not race the 1st round.

That was sweet. He got some really good air time. I'm sure he has earned himself a ride for next season.

Yes, Decotis. Cool kid. He hung out with us at Stimilon last year. I'm glad he's doing so well! Hopefully we'll see him again at this year's Stimilon.

Whoa whoa, WHOA! He is FAR too good for Stimilon. This is an event for loosers like myself that are still grappling with the idea that someone stole two wheels off our golfcart and have to balance the dang thing ourselves. I suspect he knows how to use the clutch, and more importantly WHEN to use it...

The rockstar classes are actually pretty well represented by local pros. That's what makes this event so much fun t me. Watching the newbs, offroaders, girls, wannabes and pros all at the same event!

Every local pro wants a piece of the pay-out. Big $$ compared to a normal NESC win.

If I remember correctly, Jimmy took it last year.

Sounds like the Trapani pitbike race they used to hold at English town as part of the Kawi National event. Watch the pros all day, then run on a modified version of their track on pitbikes that evening while the pros and fans cheer/jeer, and some of the pros join in the stupidity. It was AWESOME.

Emig really likes Jimmy, so he gives him a lot of air-time when he can.
