Pachaug Dualsport today

I asked myself today while riding why the hell I haven't ridden here in months Half hour drive, lots of trails and a nice lunch stop with a little scoot down the road

Bob M, Sean B, and myself covered 37 miles of mostly single track trails today. Great ride, great company
Sorry I spent so much time on the ground today, though I'm sure it was entertaining to watch... haha Those rock gardens grew quite a bit over the summer. It still amazes me to see Bob ride that big heavy bike in those conditions

Yeh, the "baby heads" seem to have matured to full grown children since the last time I rode there with you. I am sore from the thrashing but its the good kind of pain.

The gravity did seem a bit strong today

Its hard enough to hang onto the bike through all that crap, nevermind take out the camera and snap some pics of it. Once you get going through it you don't want to stop til the end.

Like Sean said, after the rock gardens we usually need a good rest, and taking pictures is not on the mind at that point. Inspecting bike and body damage is!!

And there are VERY few mudholes here, which is a good thing for the trails and the bikes

Jamie, RI is FLAT! That pretty much reduces the mudholes to a minimum. Also reduces the roots, and obviously the climbs (at least compared to your neck of the woods) . Maybe we should go there!!!

After this race weekend the CRF will be back in dirt trim and I have plenty of place t ride in NH. Anyone wanna come?

My schedule is tight, but I'm really enjoying dirt riding after a 20 year break. I'll try to make whatever rides I can until my shoulder surgery. (the irony is, it's feeling better these days )
