Dear Friends

Happy Holidays from Stimilon!

We wanted to announce that the 2011 Stimilon Motocross Challenge will be held at the Southwick National Track in MA on Memorial Day Weekend - May 28/29.

The idea is that we will follow the same format as year's past: Load in Friday, Race Saturday, Party Saturday night, Private Ride Day Sunday and get you out in plenty of time Sunday afternoon to pool, party and BBQ with friends on Memorial Day (Monday).

This also gives us a little leeway with the weather, in case we get another 4 inches of rain in one hour like 2010.

For now just save the date and enjoy your holidays. We hope to have pre registration info up sometime in January.

i can still numb out my thumb pretty easily but making progress weekly. ended up snagging an inversion table but couldnt use it until recently. way too much pain to even go horizontal. hoping it helps with the compression from riding next season.

as of a few weeks ago, i can do most stuff so need to get the workout routine going...

My daughter will be about 4-5 months at the time. Considering the fact she would have caught most of the supercross season before Stimillon, I'm guessing she might want to check out some live racing.

Biggles, You HAVE to do it again! You did great. I think My eyes were as big as pancakes when you were riding at me reverse course though!!! Shocker! The conditions were as tough as they get though. I'll never forget riding in that DELUGE in the first race.

I was thinking of picking that up, lol.
My yz's suspension is great for trails, but is too soft for any motocross.

I'm seriously considering sending in for Keeping it Real and Headlight and hoping I've got my clutch/suspension/tires sorted in time.

Looks like the closest options are 20minutes / 10 miles away. I think I can deal with that.

I assume any NESRians going will be staying for the fun day Sunday as well?

Squirrel of Blackness hooked us up with a sweet motel last year, seemed to be real close to the track and food for dinner/breakfast.

Just don't look under the sheets or disturb the spiders in the shower

So, if there happened to be a guy that was old and out of shape that owns an 03 Yamaha YZ450F and/or an 06 HUsqvarna TE510 that has lights etc., do you think that Stimilion is something that he could ride in and if so what classes would said guy enter?

Note: said fat guy has never ridden on a motorcross track but rides quite a bit in the woods.

YES! i'm old, slow and out of shape... and i can't wait for my 3rd Stimilon the event is stupid fun no matter what skill or bike, total hack weekend, Southwick is such a fun track.

Never Ever and Old 30C usually have a good handful of NESRers involved. Headlight never seems to be that full but looks to be a fun class as well.

just saw you're 40 on the nose... Never Ever, Old 30C, Brittle 40C or Headlight would all be classes you would have fun in
