So if I'm reading this write, there's a ride at Pachclough this weekend?
Yamaha
Im a little confused myself
It'll either be Pachaug or my house depending on the weather. As of now, rain is in the forcast for Sunday. It's been 3 weeks sence i've ridden my own trails and the leaves to be worked into the ground a bit, so that's where i'm leaning as of now.
I'm also gonna have a fire and beer Saturday night, so that could lead to a delayed start![]()

Ok sunday at clough it is then.
What is Nazo doing that bail may be required????

Confirmed, riding dirty at my house tomorrow, probably a late start..12-12:30ish.
Just took a lap around on the Raptor, dry and lots of leaves
Anyone? Tom, you still in?
Yamaha
Im in. Bike needs a oil change, but thats quick. Be able to see if I like the bar risers.
I think I'm out for clough on sunday.

man, I hope you guys get out and do this weather some justice.
I walked outside during my lunch break and that cool weather and slightly damp ground will keep that dust down and make the conditions nothing short of excellent
feeling needy, I took the XR200R out for a backyard blip after I got out, about the time it started to get dark, and it was fantastic. As a matter of fact, I keep surveying the corners to figure out if I can pack in some berms and make a backyard mini track
have fun dudes![]()

Well Brian and I went up to Clough and did a lap of everything but the single track trails. Wish we had seen a couple of you guys up there but had a good time none the less.
Hope everyone had a fun and safe weekend of riding.
So what's going on for riding next weekend?
Joel
Ended up with just under 14 miles, feel like I just got done riding at least half the Pachaug loop
Good to see the flying squirrel again and nice to have met Joe?
If Sean was here, there would be a great picture story but all I ended up taking a picture of was Todd's new/used dirty.
Tom, don't forget the battery charger![]()

I worked a coverage and an overtime this weekend. No dirties anywhere. And that's just how it goes sometimes.

That reminds me, I need to get the bike on the charger. God damn is that bike a bitch to start!! Makes me wonder why though..? The other KTM is a first kick bike, needs to break in more maybe? But with about 800miles I would assum the motor is broken in..
Awsome time as always, i love those fricken trails. What a difference with the bar risers and new tires. Getting close to having the bike set up for me.
I had a first today though...Someone acually said sorry to me for holding me up....Some people here will see the comedy in that.
Valve adjustment. They're known to be cunty if they're out a bit. Plus it's new, so it may be broken in, and out of spec. That's all I got.

I was wondering that myself and am more then likely going to have the valves checked this week. Bike has had a valve check already and they were in spec, about 15hrs ago.
Not sure if its true, but I have heard that the new KTMs dont go out of spec as often. My other Katoom it is very apparent when the valves are out.
Oh it has a electric start but the battery died, the trouble was trying to kick start it. 3 people tryed, no sucess.
i have no experience with the newer rfs motors, or whatever they call the 07+ ones, but my 06 is a motherfucker to start when hot. if you go out now that it's cool, i'd expect it'd fire with your normal cold start routine.
fwiw, if you don't already have one, grab the ktm feeler guage. valve adjustments are pretty tit. forgive me if you already know that.
