Is that turn 2?

Cause I crashed on that turn earlier in the day when I went tight on the inside. I am still not sure why it happened.Originally posted by 35racer

Jamie, (s a x m a n) also noted that something on the inside of that corner made his tires slip a few inches.![]()
Not sure either...
I was out between 3 and 4 PM and didn't have any issues with the right line.

I found my rear tire slipping some on the exit of T2, and my bike isn't exactly a powerhouse....![]()
The pavement there seems to be a bit "shiny", if that makes any sense, I wonder if it just isn't as porous as the rest of the track from having lots of rubber laid on the track surface there.

Rear tire slipping out of 2.
Things to do:
1 - go through the turn faster so you don't need a big handful of throttle on the exit
2 - regardless... don't give a big handful of throttle on the exit... use ratchet technique
3 - adjust suspension to correct rear tire slippage
Things NOT to do:
1 - change your line around the track.
(assuming there was not a substance on the line causing the slippage, which there was definitely NOT between 3 and 4 PM when I was riding)
Sooo....ummmm.....am I a Squid if I enjoyed the rear tire slipping???![]()
Nope... enjoying it and controlling it are both encouraged.
