Chuck, I did the nicky mod and klepsta powdercoated it. Very easy to do. really helps when it comes to changing and keepling your sprocket and shit clean

what did you use to cut the cover? There's a guy on 1000rr.net that sells them for $35, plus your full cover returned once the modded one is mounted.

I used a dremel to cut the main chunks out, then I used a grinding thing for the dremel to get the shape I wanted, then I filed down the edges, cleaned it up, got it powder coated and called it a day.

Was really easy to do! Save yourself the 35$ and do it yourself! I'll help if needed.
