So as my season ends I am giving more thought to needed upkeep and preventative work on my track bike.
Im curious to know what I should be thinking about on a yearly or every other year basis etc.
Particularly curious about intervals for shock rebuilds and fork oil, but also trying to think of anything that should be considered every few years that I wouldn't think of.....
Im guessing I did about 1k or so track miles this year.

+1. I'd add:
-Compression Test
-Leakdown Test
-TPS (if applicable)
Wheel bearings? If they are stock.
I think GMD would say fluids/rebuild of suspension yearly or by yearly on a racebike.![]()
