Hey guyS. This thread is like, old and stuff.
If you read the whole thing you'd know he needs a bike he can comfortably ride on, not necessarily one that's more capable of hauling his rump any better than the last.

So I've been trying to find a suit more appropriate for my newly svelte form. Stopped by Seacoast SC and they don't have anything larger than a 58 and won't have anything before February or so.
There are several Alpinestars available, and possibly a Held. Anyone know how their sizing runs compared to Vanson, Dianese or Rev-it? I have a 54 Vanson that has a lot of room around the middle and legs while being a bit short in the torso. I couldn't even get on a Dianese 58 and a Rev'it 58 was very tight, while IIRC an AGV 58 I tried was actually loose. Don't know whether to go for a 60 or 62, basically.

Update: Got am Alpinestars Tech 1-R in size 62. Very pleased with the fit. The legs could be shortened an inch or two but the rest of it works real well.Think it's a keeper and no more Mr. Staypuff jokes!

What's a used white Vanson one piece suit worth? I bought it used from Vanson, I believe it is about 10 years old. Size 54 is hard to find, usually.

Sold the Vanson here for $250 to Crash and after trying on several brands of suits from 58-64, got an Alpinestars Tech 1R suit size 62 which fits pretty darned well. No more "Mr. StayPuff."

Fail! It's a new Arai - note that I now have two, count 'em two! vents on the front. And it is the "very unique glass-infused color called Diamond White." I gots bling, MF.
Arai has a new pricing system. Each dealer has a scale. You stack your money on one side of the scale, they put the helmet on the other. When the weight of the money equals the weight of the helmet, they give it to you. They learned this from BMW....
Darth helmet - that would be a great motorcycle halloween costume.

Kind of unrelated but this Tiger 1050-riding gent was taken down by a guy passing him in a curve. The guy hit a pickup truck and his bike bounced back into the lane, knocking him down. The other rider did not survive. Advrider Thread.

To clarify, this happened on a public road, not any sort of track event.

Still curious what the F this has to do with track bikes for large Humans![]()
Wow, couple lessons there.
1. Be careful who you ride with.
2. Don't try to show off, there's no use, physics has the biggest balls in the room.
Since we're posting about motorcycle crashes..
