I guess it is pretty unclear. If the other guy was riding straight and xxdcmast was entering traffic it could very well be ruled his fault no matter how many friends you had at the scene.

But if everyone has taken almost a week just to make a police report it's going to be he-said/she-said and the police might not do anything and declare the whole thing "no fault".
