Anyone do business with either of these places? I'm thinking of buying either a Kawi ZX6R or a Honda CBR600 and thes eplaces are right down the street from one another. I'm interested in support after the sale, warantee work, service dept, etc.
Thanks,
Mike
Do a search on this forum or just read the vendor reviews here and your questions will be answered pretty quickly.
Cliff Notes version: Bettencourts rocks!
Im not a fan of BCC
I have purchased and have have service and gotten parts from Bettencourts with no issues. I like to deal with BIG Dave from Parts and Tim R. for Service.

I purchased a leftover 2007 CBR1000RR from Bettencourts and they were great. They even brought the price of the bike down when I told them I saw the same bike for less somewhere else.

Bettencourts, unless I'm looking for cheap closeout gear. Then bcc.
bettencourts rocks, they've always been helpful with getting supplies for the hawk. some stuff is more expensive than BCC but in general they're awesome

maybe cause you were there in 07 and trying to get a deal on a left over 06 which is the same thing exact thing as a 07. Now that the 2008-2010 CBR1000rr's (which are a completely redone model then ours)are out these bikes (06-07) are 3-4 years old and still sitting there taking up space. Thats prob why he got a deal
Chuck got his as a leftover.
Bettencourts isin my book. Haven't had the pleasure of dealing with them all that much, but history has proven them to be some damn good peoples.

Bettencourt's. I've never liked the folks at Brockton Cycle. They always ha ve some kind of attitude.

There was a really pretty girl working at brockton when I went there though.....
bettencourts is cool for parts and stuff A+ from me. But ill never go there again for an inspection. Guy failed my rc51 for flush mounts, fender eliminator all which passed no problems at Brockton cycles. I stay away from Brockton Cycles for parts though, they dont seem to care other then making a buck.
Tuono
If those were the only two to choose from Id go to Bettencourts for a bike first. They have always been helpful and very easy to deal with. I like Brockton Cycle better for gear only because they seem to have a bigger selection in the store and its better organized.
Just to toss another place into the mix. Not exactly close about 2 hours away but Cycle Design is another good place to get a bike. Its where I got my last one. Easy to deal with. I dont know if my contact is still there anymore which is a lot of the reason I went there but Id still give them a look.
