A few bits on the R1

Spent some quality time with the R1 today

    Pazzo shortie levers..

Dark smoke Puig, amazing fit as usual and super easy to install.

Tail Tidy has been on a while, just never took a pictures of it.

I'm heading out for a night ride

Yup, those are Pazzo's. I've never had CRG's so I don't know if they are identical, I've read they are similar though.

Re: A few bits on the R1

Beet, no you can't ride it! You're to old for a bike like this now

Thanks Spence And I did have the R7 for 8 years, and I sure do miss not having it now

DB, the seats are staying as is...though I did order the Yamaha seat cowl for the passenger seat and it still has the red bumper. I don't mind the red seats...now if I had a red/white Euro model with the red frame, then I agree the seats look best black

They are. You have to take off the tail, battery, battery tray and either unhook the elec harness or push it out of the way.

The only exhaust sound that is sexier than an L-twin opened up, is that V-4 sound from the R1/VFR/GP bikes. Love it, its soooo mean.

if you ever make it up to VT, I would glad trade bikes for a short ride with you...

    A and R race baffles

80 bucks and about 3 hours and you dont even need the $xxxxxxxxx.99 that the good aftermarkets cost.

sure they look better than the stock cans but just to have that sound and reduce the undertail exhaust temps its the best $90 i have spent in a long time.

btw the bike looks sick. I hate the red seat but as a whole it doesnt look bad

to me the red seat alone looks borderline pink.
