sure "beets" the large amount of energy and costs associated with trucking in / out enormous amounts of dirt. Nevermind the costs of making in just right with grading etc... I can only imagine it trashes the place every time.

I think it is a velodrome so they don't even have to put up the large banking, just the smaller stuff...
There are only 2-3 velodromes in the US I would love to go see/ride on one.. even bicycles can do 40mph on the banking.
