i like the stiffer penalties. although it could just increase the hit and run #s
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

Moved up from the hell of Maryland about 6 years ago. When I say its either choppers or stuntahs I couldn't be closer to the truth. Being just outside the DC metro area, which includes northern Virginia, the biker lifestyle is totally different than up here in the northeast. Its pretty much all about speed and stunts with older kaws/hondas, and how loud/low idled your v twin is. Clubs being all white or black and both with attitudes don't help. As for the article Its right on with what I could or would expect from the Md. government. Hence one of many reasons we're now in New Hampshire. My brother comes up every year for the laconia bike walk. When he's home he wears a brain bucket. When here, nothing. I'll stay atgatt thanks. If ever in Md. the northern part of the state is wonderful. Just stay away from the DC area.
