    Sweet. Love that bike.

Did you do the 12 mo of payment thing? Does it apply to the multi?

    Re: My First Ducati.

Did not do the 12 month. Took the discounted price they quoted me. Handled financing on my end. Traded in my 08 Concours 1400 also. I believe it does apply to the multi but not 100% sure.
I like the nose too looks a little like woody woodpecker. I admit I wasn't all to keen on the looks at first but it's growing on me. Sounds nasty with the Termi exhaust even with the DB killer in. Db killer out is ridiculous.

I had the pleasure of riding a multi S this summer. It's an awesome machine. Definitely on my list of future bikes.

    Bike looks wicked in white!

Just curious... Why give up the Kawi? If I ever get another street bike, the Concours 1400 will probably be it.

Beautiful bike. I think they really nailed this new body style with the bags and the "beak" up front.

Weight was the biggest factor followed by I am addicted to the vtwin power of my Ape. The Connie is a great bike never ever gave me a single problem. But honestly a bit boring and again at 650 lbs a bit heavy for my riding style. And frankly I was looking for a new ride.

This is the exact reason I want to go to the Multi from the FJR. Going from the twin to the big four was a step in the wrong direction.

    Re: My First Ducati.

My only bash on Seacoast is this so be careful (not blaming anyone in particular)...

I had bought a new 848EVO in 2011. Got my rewards card when I bought it. Started buying all sorts of things from them and had them put the points on my card. Never redeemed any of them but had roughly a cpl hundred dollars in reward points I believe. This past season I bought my 1199S from them also. Put a Termi slip-on system on it before taking delivery of the bike. When I had them go to put the reward points on the card for the Termi's, they took the card, said they couldn't read it and issued me a new one. No biggie, I assumed they looked up my account somehow and added the old reward points to the new one, not the case at all. I went in for the first svc for the 1199S and wanted to use the reward points towards that. So they look up my card and it has only the points from the Termi's. So I lost a decent amount of points because it turns out they threw away my previous card and had no way to look up my previous points. So basically I lost them all. I was pretty pissed to say the least but no one could help me with the issue. Literally a couple hundred dollars down the drain.

Congrats on the new ride. I dig it whenever anyone gets a new bike. It's been 6 years for me, but I love my bike too much to sell and can't justify buying a new one now.

Yikes - that does suck. I learned a while ago to use reward points at every turn, rather than let the accumulate. There's really no reason to let them hold my $. While it feels better to cash in $100's at a time, logically it just makes more sense to spend the points as I go.
