"On Truck for Local delivery"
I have seen the Fed Ex truck not once but twice in the office park today, and they didn't bring my pipes.
Annoying. I want to put them on by the weekend.
man..fedex B L O W S!! inthis area. 3 out of the last 5 times i have gotten something form them there were problem...all the same thing.
"On Truck for Local delivery"
then
"delivered"
yet nothing was delviered...call made to the place and it shows up the next day..
I should have asked for UPS, I do not understand why such a large package was shipped Fed Ex.
And the cost was like $20 which sounds all f*cked up so I sure hope there was insurance.
There are almost no excuses though, it's coming to the office, the receptionist is there all day and can sign for stuff.
MsHap how many different names have you had on here?
KB
I usually have more problems with UPS than Fedex.

I manage a warehouse, and we have nothing but problems when we are forced to deal with Fed Ex. You have to jump through so many hoops just to set up a pick up. UPS is far superior in my experiences
Fed Ex ground dirty secret
They used to be RPS Roadway Package Service.
The actual delivery person is an independent franchise van owner.
So if he has to drive 20 miles to your house for a $4 delivery payment they just will not do it; ever. If 3 or 4 more packages don't accumulate in your area you may NEVER get yours.
UPS use their own trucks and the drivers are paid by the hour so I ride in the country is a fine idea.
Fed Ex air is a totally different organization and is OK.
Glen Beck is John the Baptist
i work in shipping and fed ex ground sucks! thats what your useing by the sounds of it. rich is right ground is independent drivers with there own trucks. always use ups for ground. atleast it's not dhl, there a joke. i have to deal with them everyday.
Yep it is Fed Ex ground.
It got "delivery" exception yesterday and I had to call in and clarify, apparently the driver couldn't find our office, which is a little hard to believe. (3 Fed Ex "Express" trucks came to the office yesterday, 9AM, 12PM, and 4:15PM)
And there is no option to go pick it up.
What do you get when you mix your deliveries between Fed Ex and UPS.
FED UP... ahahh

I'm just pissed I can't go pick it up. I'm pretty close to the distribution center.
They said it'll come today on the phone, but the tracking info has now been updated to say tomorrow.
At least UPS seems up to date, all the tracking updates on Fed Ex seem to be 24 hours late.
Ups just delivered me some 12ga. ranger shotshellsOh and the scheduled delivery was today.
