That is a terrible thing to read... sorry Randy...

I have a few friends that never wear more than a t-shirt when they ride... anytime I talk to them about proper gear they will just say "I know how to ride... I won't go down..." one just finally got rid of his circa 1988 Shoei... No matter how much I try to explain that it is the other drivers not themselves they need to be worried about... it doesn't seem to matter...

maybe reading this story will prove my point...

'Tis a shame, Mike. But wunna these days, they may just learn the hard way how important that shit is. I'll be the first to admit that I used to use the same attire. But watching friends get injured and killed swayed my way of thinking in a hurry. Good thing too, 'cuz if I hadn't changed my approach, I'd be dead. Plain & simple...

    I knew this guy

My mother was telling me about an accident the other day that took place somewhere around my area - I'm not sure when it was though but couldn't have been too long ago...
I guess a husband and wife both out on their bikes were out, the wife went home for some reason early and she got killed in an accident... a friend drove by the accident thought he saw her bike and went to tell her husband that he needed to go because his wife had been in an accident (little did he know that she had been killed) sadly on his way to the accident scene the husband was killed in a completely different accident
    be safe guys!!!!
