Need help with a trade deal!!

This is the deal, I own a 04 sv650s, silver near perfect conditions, 6k, I did the gsxr front up date, and I have a Leo Vince slip on, clean tittle bike.

So this guy have a 2001 yamaha yz 426, motard in a good shape, with 5k milage clean tittle.

I like the bike but I'm not super crazy about, my question is what is a fair deal?

The 426 Is a beast of a bike and are known as the hardest starting dirtbike on the planet. a real ankle breaker. More weight and lesspower then a modern 450. You should convince DOC to trade you for his 450X.

You'd be getting screwed in my opinion. I wouldn't do that...
