I work at a law firm that does a lot of personal injury work, I was mentioning to my boss how many bad bike accidents there seem to be this year. He said he would be happy to consult with anyone who has been in an accident about their legal rights, etc., and either handle a personal injury case for them, or refer them to someone else who can. (I'm in VT, so mostly can only handle cases here in state.)

If you're going to be missing work, losing wages, etc., you should talk to an attorney who does PI work. Your lost wages, medical bills, and to some extent your pain, should be compensated by the bitch cager's insurance company.

My bike is (was) actually an F4i. the Daytona reference is about the dodge chargers. (i signed up before i had a bike)

My legs are swollen and starting to turn black and blue..I'm sore and really REALLY pissed off. not getting another bike till i move out of the house. this accident was my families worst fear. i wasn't doing anything wrong, and still got screwed (and not in the good way) This womans stupidity is seriously pissing me off. if anyone should be taken off the road it should be her, and not me(no cycle riding for me for a while). i'm in pain, depressed about my bike, and mad as hell! at the scene i was pacing like a caged animal ready to explode and i still feel that way...riding was my release and now it's gone!

good thing i still got the heavy bag in the basement..I'll take a few more days to heal up then go knock the snot out of it, while listening to some angry music!

dude, in th ER on the table I was singing 'let the bodies hit the floor' while yelling at the docs, 'hey that fucking hurts stop doing that, whoa what the fuck are you doing, why are you moveing my leg I can move it it's my calf and ankle not the fucking knee, Whoa you better numb my foot before you stich it up, no I don't care you're not stiching it up unless you numb it up!'

I went back to get the staples out of my head, and the lead doc was my attending
