I'll be trading my DR + cash for a different bike this Friday. Does anyone know if there is anything special I have to include in the bill of sale to accomplish this? The bike I'm trading for is also titled (and located) out of state.

It doesn't matter on the price, the RMV is going to charge you sales tax on book value of the bike you're getting anyways.
