Just a little question. I know the ports in the engine are done for low and mid power but we have had a bit of luck getting more power up top using a longer lead pipe. The distance from the head to the bend in the pipe can be lengthened to help it make better power up top. This works better with the proper porting of coarse but if you are fabbing the pipes you could easily make a variance or two to see if it helps extend the rev range. Combined with the proper porting the longer pipe length helps the motor rev up much higher and could help get the bike above your projected 95mph. Great build I have always wanted to do just what you are doing. Good lucki
I will have to calculate the pipe length...big issue is the fat pipe section....it's a short run from the motor to the footpeg area..if I extend the pipe much more, the big part of the pipe will be extended to far past the footpeg causing clearnence issues. Right now the pipe clears perfect....peg scraping will be no issues....the pipe clears just fine.... Thanks for the feedback!
Man... Looking at it again that fatty gives me a swollen member ..![]()

will this bike see any road coarse track time? Been doing some homework for my 2 stroke gs500 build.
Tuono
no...this bike will only be used for street testing then get sold... We will focus our efforts on the new generation ninja's...
PM me on your build....
Great job on this bike. I'd love to rip around on it!
Will an outboard motor fit?
