Hi Everyone,
I ran a search and didn't find anything. I'll be riding into Allston this weekend and was wondering where to park. This will be near all the great restaurants by harvard and brighton ave. What do you guys do, just take up a car spot on the meters? Park on the sidewalk? What can I get away with?
Here's the dilemma. If Boston residents tell commuters or visitors their favorite spots, they soon get swamped, BTD takes action, and we lose "our" spots. So we don't.
If I was riding a motorcycle to Allston from where I live in Dorchester on a weekend, I'd just feed the meter, anyway, unless it was a sport bike overnight, then I'd try to find a garage or residence where I could chain it up and cover it.

Free parking anywhere on Cambridge St or the little side streets off of it, as well as one side of Comm Ave. Overnight too.

2hr parking, watch for street cleaning. I've never seen any special places for motorcycles only scooters on the sidewalk... so I think you have to park with the cars.
Alright cool, thanks for the replies!
