personally, i would have shut off my camera and proceeded to beat the guy with my helmet when he tried to get out of the truck. then i would have still called the cops and turned his ass in with the video. seriously, i do not deal with people like that lightly. someone did something similar to Laura a couple of weeks ago. i followed him to the next stop sign and beat on his window yelling at him as he sped away. bet he'll think twice next time.
and for the record....this may piss people off, but i defend my loved ones all bets off. if iwas riding with ANY of you i'd do the same for you too.

Excellent outcome. The DUI does shed a little light on his behavior. That being said, I'd have killed him.
Am I the only one that was watching the video thinking that the front rider was just setting a pace fast enough that Cleatus couldn't catch/ram him (and might roll in a corner) while the rear rider was keeping a nice distance to capture it on film. I was fully expecting that the driver, upon stopping, would be bumrushed by two fully armored, pissed off bikers. This is of course unless he exited the pickup with a firearm. Two bikers in full gear vs. one drunken redneck? Not much of a fight, crowbar or not.
I'm suprised the guy even stopped, unless he had a 12 guage on the gun rack that we couldn't see. More balls than brains, because I know A LOT of bikers wouldn't have simply yelled and called police. The fact that he was intoxicated, and stayed there after the police were called, speaks to his level of intelligence.
I think this is a time when I would have had to take it into my own hands for the fact that the police won't always see it your way, and sometime's one goes into a fit of rage after watching some hillbilly try to kill their bud.

I am not ashamed to admit that I would have gone off the deep end on the asshole in the truck. I was riding with a passenger 2 summers ago and had some douche in a BMW cut me off while I was EXITING the highway (from the middle lane to in front of me on the on ramp WHILE I was already leaned over! I got right next to him at the red light and punched his window with my armored glove. He started to mouth off to me but though better of it when I dropped the kickstand and starting getting off my bike.
I'm sorry, but there is NO excuse to put my life OR my passenger/fellow rider on another bike life in danger because YOU are ignorant. I will not tolerate it. I've been in riskier situations and survived. I'm a fighter by nature though and like Rich I will defend those I care for at any cost.
You guys are so mean to KingCast! So what if he posts a lot, he has a lot to say. So what if he talks politics, bikers are not politically unaware.
Chris is a beautiful guy. And if any one of you were in trouble, he would be there for you.
I'm new here, but I know him personally. I'm really tempted to ask what on earth he did. But rehashing all that is probably not a good direction for anybody.
wow that video was hardcore. nice road too.

Ride to live, live to ride
I had mentioned this to someone (my Uncle of all people, a fellow speed demon) that passing on the double yellow is legal in a lot of rural places. From what I know it is in Vermont. I've never been looked at twice passing on a double yellow up there in my car or on a bike.
Glad douche face is going to serve some time for that stunt.
It's not that people are blaming the riders, it is that people are pointing out how their actions could of triggered some less honorable people in the world into becoming aggressive.
It's like those people who walk into a KKK meeting and start talking about how cool it is that a white chick married a black guy. Legal, and people SHOULDN'T get upset about it, but c'mon.....

Even in Vermont, you're not supposed to exceed the speed limit to make a pass under any circumstances, but most LEO's are reasonable enough to see what was the true problem in that video, IMO.

It says "Banned" under KingCast's profile name. Is he actually banned from this site??
(He was my BF...)
Jaynnus... I laughed when I saw your popcorn LOL.
No, never called him a bloak. Is that a word he uses on here?
Is he really banned?
I think the day of the big NESR fight was the day he dumped me. Did you guys get him so mad that he dumped me? I need him to test drive and drive my bike home when I buy it!!! (I helped him get his Triumph home when he bought it. He owes me!)
I'm not a troll, and I don't get in fights online... If I buy a bike soon, we will meet at some ride sometime. I'd like to go to the thing in Lowell.
Chris doesn't use Brittish words in person.
Just found a red Ninja 250 in Worcester, just posted today -- $500 over my budget. Making the call...
Here is the latest news on the situation. There hasn't been an arrest so far as I can tell: http://www.kentucky-sportbikes.com/s...9485#post49485
Hey guys,Yes its me.We are working with the local authorities to bring this POS to justice. They are not interested in the double yellow pass.It was a good pass. The truck was slow moving and it was within the law.
No arrest made yet.The truck was not resistered to the driver.
This guy had it out for sportbikes ue to some one on one allegedly running his mom of the road at some point.Per douchbag.
He would have attempted something if we passed or not.
Really wanted to rip his head off but refrained as other people passing would have witnessed 2 bikers beating on one guy.It would have made a bad situation worse and I wanted the police to handle it.An a$$ wopping fades after a while, legal action can hang around a while.

You Sir know nothing of true greatness. I of course refer to ones ability to steal, drink and generally do nothing, and carry it off with style
Looks kinda like the confrontation conversation a couple of us had on TRd a few years ago...without the swerving, almost dying, and epic chase.
Best part..."I got you on Video...Yeaa Boy."

I stayed up till 1:30am reading the drama. We were together then. Wow. My heart is bleeding to read all that. What a mess. He was stressed to the limit then, with me being a mega-bitch over law school finals (generally worth 90-100% of the grade), unexpected pressures he had at work, a million problems with his sick mom, and every single thing he did on here honestly irritating the hell out of everyone. He left me three days after he left NESR.
What a mess.
