OK since this one is exclusively designed to be thrown down the track finding my own personal limits, I decided to go with the inexpensive do-it-yourself spray enamel route. I was pretty pleased with the outcome. I skipped the clear coat due to an earlier "incident" that ruined two weeks worth of hard work on paint job #1. The enamel and clear didn't play well together and the whole paint job bubbled and melted like a nuclear meltdown HAHA. Live and learn. This one will have to do the trick for now. I have a boatload of performance decals that companies were nice enough to send me for free (thanks for the advice Kip). Obviously there are a few touch ups and some decal work left to do before its finished! I may not even paint the wheels to match the silver since the borders and backdrop colors on almost all the decals I have are white anyway............what the hell. This is just a preliminary pic for you guys. I rigged up the plastic just for the pic (no ram air tubes on / fender just sitting on the tire). What do you think?

the BEFORE shot (you can't see most of the damage that needed repairing...hence the new paint scheme.)

Sweet!!
I thought you said we were going to go with Red, balck, Silver ?
After you talk to Mike about the Triple clamp issue I think you should have him look at the right side rear set? it's tweaked forward a bit.
Just my advice the wheels would look better Black not Silver.
Nice job. I'd go with the black wheels, but silver might look good too.
