No true Ukranian would ever say he spoke Russian. Both parents and both sisters from Ukraine. Yes I speak Ukranian.

I came to America to 1989. As you probobly know, all of Soviet Union spoke russian, and during the soviet erra Ukraine spoke russian 1st, ukranian 2nd.
My ukranian could use some work, but my russian is perfect.
