I tend to take it easy on the straights most of the time, but I LOVE to hammer it in the corners. And I wheelie every chance I get.

I just like to corner hard. No stunts or top speed runs for me. Front wheel comes up now and then but only due to hard acceleration, not wheelies for the sake of wheelies. Used to do them a lot in my 20s...

I think I ride kind of mellow these days, none of my riding friends think so though. Perhaps I need new friends.

Well I wheelie when I take off but other than that its all about the corners. Top speed stuff I typically run out of straight away before she is really breathing.

All the above for me, and would also like to add
an occasional slow cruise on my Vintage bike and
touring the country on other days.
I love it all.....i'll even find a way to smile on a moped.

    Funny story about a moped...

My buddy Pete way back when we were like 18, had a moped just to be funny. I had an '86 Honda Fat Cat (200cc 4 stroke, atv tires, but only two wheels...it was crazy!) and we used to go out on beat runs on that thing all the time (no, not 2-up ). So he shows up on it one day and as a joke says we should go for a spin through the trails (I grew up on a good size chunk of property). So we take off, and I'm thinking I'll keep up no problem. Well WRONG!!! He spanked me SO bad in the woods it was unreal! I was riding so hard I nearly crashed a few times (the fatcat wasn't an easy bike to ride, to say the least). So we switched and I headed off on the moped....same deal. He couldn't even come close to keeping up! The moped had crap for power, but you never had to let off the gas! With all the weight right at the bottom of it, it would just tear around corners without even slowing down.

Ahh...it was a humbling experience. Oh and when I was 10 I could do mediocre wheelies on my grandfather's John Deere lawn tractor.

LOL at the Moped story. Kind of the same way I used to feel when the EX 500's would fly by me in the corners on the track.

I don't ride triple digits (much)
I don't drag my knee (mostly cause I don't have knee pucks)
    I don't wheelie (intentionly)

but I do ride a lot, average 800-1000 miles per week in summer and a little less, 800-1000 miles per month once snow hits

and I can be a hooligan on gravel roads

What kind of Rider are ya

I don't ride my bike. I put some numbers on the front of it.. to cover the headlight, chopped the fender off and covered up the rest of the lights. I also cut the that big exhaust thingy off the right side, so ugly. I have towed my bike over 1,000 miles in the back of my trailer. I always try to pick up chics outside dunkin donuts standing next to it. People are usually inquisitive about the bike, especially when I tell them it is a Moto TT/GP bike and that it is a 2-4 stroke with double barrel carbs. Some days, I'll take the trailer up to louden, they have dunkin donuts up there too. But its the best when I have the wheelie bar on it. Except the wheelie bar is just the back of an old chair with wheels on its that I duck-taped to the back of the rear fender. So why is it squid isn't listed up there? *grin* I guess having a sport bike doesn't make me a sport rider, so maybe I don't have any place in this board till I get a knee down in a corner or ride some wheelies or stoppies??

Attempts at humor aside, I'm just a normal rider, tend to like to ride faster than the speed limit in the corners when I'm by myself, but always on the safe side (never had a peg down). Been looking to improve my riding skill, but still have a long way to go.

    well lets see?
I can do a 10.2 1/4 mile. I'm pretty quick through the corners, and I hit 186 on the speedo quite often.
oh yeah, i'm back to 2nd gear wheelies ever since the R1 threw me off at a buck twenty.

Well for me it depends on the day. But I do shoot for a mega smile factor everytime the bike comes out, that is what makes it all worth it
