If the track could exist without them I would say Fuck the "Parade of Sponsors" as I have heard it called. But the track wouldn't be there with out the money generated by these two races. So give them what they want...

NHIS is a dangerous track. It is dangerous for bikes and cars. Everybody knows that. It needs more air fencing and the riders should not have to pay for that. The surface is appalling and the NASCAR people have every right to complain to NHIS. If NHIS don't fix it then they will stay away, just as the AMA have. NHIS is fast becoming the red-headed stepchild of racing and they only have themselves to blame. Having said that, the pro riders and drivers should have more balls than they have, bunch of nancy-boys.

Okay, a coupla things here:

First, later today Mr. Bahre finally admitted that the pavement process may have not been the correct one and that indeed pavement was peeling off the track and rolling up like little balls and making the drivers feel like they were racing on sand...

Secondly, racing is a dangerous sport no matter how you slice it. Every race must be prepared for when these guys are travelling those speeds in those sleds. If they're going too fast for track conditions, they should either slow down or set up their cars to better handle the track...

Thirdly, the more money these pricks get for driving really fast around in circles, the more they're gonna bitch. Usually it's the ones that crash out that bitch the loudest. It's like that with any 'professional' sport. Remember the real drivers that got that sport started? Yeah, that's right. They used to race on DIRT for chrissakes! And when they ran pavement, they usually covered the surface with a light layer of SAND...

Winston Cup, like so many other sports is getting rediculously outta hand. They're all in their own little fuckin' world...
