i guess the kid I sold my bike to two years ago has decided to sell it and listed it with this description...

"Mint. 8100 miles. never been dumped. 3 helmets, bike cover, few cosmetic mods. "

That claim is false because I did dump the bike going around a corner at about 60 in Lakeville in Sept of 2006. He knew this as well and thats why I sold the bike to him at a fair price (even tho it was fine). Frame sliders saved the bike and all that was rashed were the plastics and the frame sliders....but still. Pisses me off that he's lying about it. The only reason I know its my bike is because those pictures are of my bike in front of my house haha. I mean the bike is mint, got all new plastics etc, and when I gave it too him it looked perfect and rode perfect...but still pretty ticked off.

EDIT: He also told me banged up the front rim bad hitting a curb and had to replace it.

If I were you, I'd email him and tell him he's lying about the sale of a motor vehicle (fraud) w/ pics of it sitting in front of YOUR house (a potential tie back to you for law enforcement), and let him know that all of your friends are flagging it for removal.

Be careful what you buy on craigslist? I say be careful what you SELL/SAY on craigslist. Never know who's watching. Case in point.
