This is what I've done for the last two bikes I've bought. Both experiences with Uhaul were fine for me. Funny, the first time I went to pick up an old clapped out dirtbike and I got an almost brand new trailer, but when I went to pick up my very clean SV650 I got this old rusty trailer (you can ask about availability of newer trailers, but might be stuck with what they have if you don't plan ahead). However, both trailers performed perfectly and were very stable. I actually took a picture of my SV in the trailer when I got it home because I thought it looked funny being so clean on a ratty trailer.
