That does suck; what sucks just as badly is the guy got ripped off by some crap "company" called PremierToyz that advertises bikes, takes people's money, and then ships them some piece of garbage that is nothing like the bike they agreed on. Apparently this seller didn't learn his lesson and took a bike in trade that has some shady history to it.
