A few of you guy/gals have known my brand new Triumph Explorer has had some electrical issues which caused the bike to malfunction and shut down while riding it. Five times on DucDaves Covered bridge ride. Great Bay has had the bike a total of 8 weeks this summer trying to resolve the issues. Had lots of conversations with the techs at Triumph. Triumph thought it was fixed and bang, dead again. I could get very long winded and go into some of the crazy details.
I've had a few conversations with the manager of customer service of North American. Nothing was off the table getting the bikes problems solved. That included a new bike. Last Saturday the bike shutdown I called Great Bay, they came and got my bike in Seabrook on 1A.
Today I got a call from Triumph telling me they were in contact with Great Bay, they'll have a new Explorer for me. YES!
I put almost 12k miles on the Explorer even though I lost almost two months of riding time. Its a great bike, just not the one I had.
