Yeah, I was gonna say, Ryan took NO time at all to make the jump.

My rate of progression was similar to this kid's.... Got a bike in the spring of '04, did a track day 3 months later, did track days all '05, then in the spring of '06 I got the EX & started racing. When I first got a bike I NEVER woulda thought I'd be racing & instructing today... Pretty neat when I think about that first year of riding & how much I've changed in the relatively short time I've been riding.

lol right on the money...first expert race was 18 months after throwing my leg over a bike.

awesome vid tho, I wish I had put something like that together when I started. It was definitely an interesting/steep learning curve haha. But by far the most fun I've ever had....wouldn't trade the memories for the world.

thats pretty cool. i dont think anyone has a documentary on themselves cause of the reasons mentioned. no one thinks they will become in expert racer in two years or less.

that & because no one else would ever be cocky enough to make an documentary about themselves I couldn't listen to that kid talk for more than 10 seconds at a time.
