I tried to install my RS-3 full sytem. All was going well until I was putting in the yoshimuras exhaust manifolds in.....they didn't fit...![]()

they are off just by a little. I can probably force them in, but not sure....anyone experience this???
Yip. On EVERY full exhaust I've ever done, even if it was used. They always seem to be *A HAIR* off. When you say 'a little', what are we talkin'?
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
If it's a big concern, toss it in a truck and get your arse up here tomorrow with it...![]()

If they are correct model for your ride, finesse them........with all your might! If they are just way off, then it's shitty quality...take 'em back. Be careful not to dent the headers when finessing (sp)! U will sometimes need to get one in and push/pull the others into place. A delicate tap with a rubber mallet can be persuasive too. It is really best to have another set of hands to line the flanges up with the head studs. Take your time.
