Jen and Brooke will meet me at The Nonantum at 7:40 for breakfast and then we head to Ruth's at 8:00am via the backroad route. WooHoo!
Anyone else?![]()
Current Rides:
08 Ninja ZX-14
02 VMAX 1200
10 VMAX ZR-1700 (Factory closed course competition ECU)
05 ZX-6R (636) (The modified trackday scooter, but still registered for the street)
It's Burger King exit 4 NH. It'll be easier to just shoot up 95 Hampton Toll pull over to the right in the small utility area and wait for Cheese and Co.
I would guess around 8a... Even if we wait a little bit. The rt286 exit there's a Mobil station if you need to gas up.
Ok, is the Hampton toll at 95/101? And that's where we're all meeting at 8am at some sort of utitlity area just after the tolls? Cheese & Co, what bikes are you riding so I know to look for you? I'll be on a Matte Graphite Street Triple R.

Great ride. It was nice to see so many people from away show up.
Glad I could be a part of this today. Hands and bum are sore from the slabbing, but totally worth it. Hope everyone made it home safely.
Thanks Kerry for putting this all together.

Your donation came late so you were charged at an additional rpm fuel rate and the required performance award insurance to deliver it on time. All the other donations were given to Kerry fully intact.
In all seriousness, I'm glad a few of you searched me out and offered me donations to deliver to Kerry. Summer schedules fill up quickly and dedicating a day to do this is difficult. Next year I will try to make it easier for NESR to donate as I'm sure more would come forward that support good causes even though they can't make the ride.
For those that donated but couldn't make the ride, I wish to share the feelings you contributed to as we rode into the school parking lot. Children, parents and faculty were lined up around the circle in front of the school holding individual letters spelling out "Thank You". It's a warm feeling when you see the different reactions on the faces of young and old as you ride past them. Some are grateful for the much needed contributions, others very appreciative that we took time from our day to volunteer and the remainder just in awe because let's face it, motorcycles are wicked cool! There was a parade of smiling folks carrying backpacks from Ruth's overstuffed van to the school auditorium and even over eager children that were ready to take a backpack now and begin studying for next fall. We chatted with all and offered them photo opportunities as well.
Sometimes I ride spirited through the twistiest of roads and sometimes I slow it down and take in the scenery of these impressive states that surround our homes. Ruth and Kerry's ride was a mixture of scenery and an outpouring of emotions while helping out a great cause. So although Kerry thanks us all on her and Ruth's behalf, I also thank Kerry and Ruth for inviting me to be part of this experience. It flat out felt awesome!
Just wanted to say thanks for a great ride for a great cause. It was good to meet some new people and see some of you again. Thanks to kerry and Ruth for getting us all together and I'm looking forward to next year.
Kerry, kudos to you for your efforts at helping out for this cause! I wish I could have made the ride, but it was simply not in the cards w/ my schedule.
Cheese, thanks for the heavy lifting and bringing along my donation. I truly appreciate it! I know there is a bit of extra administrative effort to handle the paypal donations.
I had a blast! The kids were cute! Met some of our Maine NESRians.
