What town is everyone riding from?
Thayer Street in Providence,RI is another good place to hang out.
Thought I was at Laconia till a few college honeys strolled by.
All kinds of places to eat and its surrounded by Brown and RISD.
Usually a good crowd as long as weather is nice,HD guys are usally pretty cool up there, they seem to like the SV's and TL's, must be a V-Twin thing.

These guys are good riders, into doing track days.
John on the TLR has done a few races up at Loudon,he just started racing last season. They were just at Summit Point,WV this weekend doing a track day.

Aight here goes, I'll be riding up on the 16th from Warwick, RI. I''l proaly be leaving my house at 5pmcause I don't know where this place is. So KevinB if you wanna meet it'll be round 5:45.... Cool then we can meet up with Matt a little later. Kev PM me for my #'s
I'm from Boston and could meet up with u guys. But depending on my schedule I might not be able to make it. Finals are coming up so it might get too hectic for me to start riding again. Any how my bike isn't inspected so.... Which brings me to ask... Does anyone know of a place I can bring my bike to and have them pass me. Greater Boston Motorsports failed me because I have a Euro tail with no plate lights
Try South Shore Motorsports, I don't think you'll have any problems there. It's in Quincy, MA
GBM are sticklers on that one... they failed cooter for that last year.Originally posted by redfly17

there is a $5 fix from radio shack... i could show you, i have it on my falco... it happened to come with my fender eliminator but i digress.
Radio shack has these little 12Vdc automotive lights with prewired leads and neat little domes that easily mount in plastic/fiberglass/carbon fiber with a 3/8" drill hole and a couple of crimp connectors. it would take 20 minutes and $5 to get the bike to pass without a problem.

As for the problem with the license plate light, there is a company that makes something called lightening bolts or some derivation thereof. They replace the bolts that attach your license plate to the bike and they have small lights in them to illuminate your plate. I beleive they come in chrome or an aluminum finish. They're mostly for hot rods but I can't see why you couldn't use them for a bike. Not sure on price, but I think they are kind of trick.
