I think it's high time ta start preping for some pre-season rides. I just can't wait for all the snow n shit ta clear offa the roads.

I would like ta plan a ride for Saturday March 19, 2005 (rain date of March 26) to the Bean in CT. Figured going south at this time of year would be a good choice. But! If the weather is on our side I will keep the ride a bit more north.

Lots of great roads in CT and Ma.

Lemme know what you think.

it temps an't real bad, I'm down. I'm hopefully getting the R1 out of storange in the next 2 weeks. I'm calling this current upcoming storm on Monday as winters last attempt.

I'm going riding, when I'm available to go riding. Exams/papers/lab reports tell me when I'm available to riding.

I'm going March 6th, 12th, and then again April 16th.

But March 6th is just a week away! If mother nature screws that date, then she's effectively screwed 1/3rd of my spring riding season.

What are you waiting for Wayne? There was nothing wrong with the roads last weekend (I had a great time on Saturday) and I know you don't mind a bit of cold weather. Are you worried about getting salt on your shiny bits nowadays?

Dude, I have ta tell ya my balls really aren't that big. Given the temperature I think they wooda contracted to microscopic proportions and then vaporized into atomic dust.

And yes.............you are right! All the shiny bits are primped and ready to shine in the warmth of the summer sun. No need to tarnish the image in hostile weather.

I'll keeps ya posted when the ride to the Bean gets closer.

I am pleased to report that it's not something I have given much thought to : )

But I remember seeing you at the Bean last Spring when it was pretty chilly, although it was probably 40+ which it sure as hell wasn't last weekend!
