Okay, anybody have an interesting way to ride from Amherst to Arlington without having to take Rt2?
I'm headed out tomorrow afternoon, not really a ride, but anyone is welcome to come along. My trip ends in Arlington, though.

How 'bout 202 to 122 to Barre, then the problem is that 62 between Barre and Princeton was under construction when I was there about 3 weeks ago. Not recommended for sport bikes. Has anyone been there lately?
If you can work around that, get to Princeton, pick up 62 and link to 117 (avoid Clinton if you can), then 117 is a decent ride, few lights or stop signs. Go through Lincoln, then get onto Rte 2, nice new pavement heading east.
And don't believe everything you think.
Thanks man.
Looks simple and direct. I just hate riding on highways for long periods of time.
Anyone interested in tagging along?
Like I said, this is a one way trip for me. Probably try to leave Amherst by 1-ish. You got the map, can always meet up with someone along the way.
