Just curious how the Desmo valve class was. I keep thinking someday I'll own an old air cooled 900SS. I wanted to go yesterday, but couldn't make it.

Yes, I did. It was definitely worthwhile, as well as fun. They didn't just have the 2V head; we also checked and took apart and adjusted valves on a 4V TestaStretta Head from a 1098S, and an older style 4V head from an S4s (same type as the 916/996).
