Yeah, baby! YEAH! I'm DEFINITELY in for a Sunday run!!! I'm plannin' on heading to southwest NH, and I'm plannin' on making a day of it...
We can meet either at the Mall or at my shop. I'll leave that up to JC as he usually has a pre-staging to bring folks up for the meet. I'm gonna suggest my shop 'cuz it's a lot easier to indulge in some pre-festivity rituals there. I'm gonna toss out a 10:00 meet...
Right now the local forcast is for sunny and in the mid 60's!!!

For those that need to be in the know, the following link may be of some service. They're the best LOCAL call for weather, for me anyways....

I can't make this one, I'm goin to Vermont for the weekend with my wife, gotta visit my parents before they head to Arizona for the winter. I'll prolly cage it, but I might stick the SV in the back and bring it along. I still haven't had a chance to hit the fresh pavement on Rt 17 yet

_____________________________________________
I talked to the triumph dealer today about this and said three dealers have groups going up and theres suppose to be like 2000 bikers total...or atleast thats what they bought tshirts and food for. I'm considering going since its not gonna be that hot, and isnt the best weather to be hammering around. Also im gonna be scrubbing in a set of fresh tires.
I'm riding sunday, and I will be bringing "refreshments".

"Zed's dead baby, Zed's dead".
I believe I'm riding as well....and will also be bringing 'refreshments'.
Shit guys, we're going to have alot of 'refreshments'!!!![]()
Ok...here's my plan:
First off, the 10am meet works for me...so that will put me at the rest stop on 93 North around 9:30....leaving by 9:40 at the latest.
The rest stop is just before exit 1 in NH...it's about 1 mile past the Rt. 213 exit (last exit in MA).
So, anyone that wants to meet up there, we can ride up to the shop in Manchangeles from there.
So.....10:00 AM at the shop in Manch Orleans then, right? We'll probably stick around for a bit to ah, er.....
JC-Bring 'em to the gas station just over the bridge before you get here. I'll be juiced up & ready to go!

Okay, my shop at 10:00 in Manchcago. I'm planning on heading to southeast NH to do some exploring on some semi-unfamiliar roads. I used to ride that area lot years ago, but I've only been out there a coupla times in the last 5 years or so. I know a lot of the roads we'll be on have some fairly new pavement...
I'm certain there'll be LOTS of site seeing traffic, so I can't promise a pace. I have a feeling it may be a little on the doldrum side. If it's at all possible, I'd like to get some schweet action photos for the site but I guess we'll kinda hafta let the traffic dictate that...
I'll post some routes and general directions to my shop in this forum, but in the "Directions/Routes" area at the top of the "Rides/Events" section. You hafta be a registered member to view 'em...

Oh yeah. Before you guys start ragging on me, I WON'T be drinking tonight!!! This may very well be the first ride this summer that I'm NOT gonna be hungover...
Of course, that's not a promise...![]()

If we are heading southeast out of Manch-francisco, maybe we could make an arrangement to meet up with the deerfield group from SRNE. anyone up for that?

See you fuckface beotches there!!!! I'm bringin' the camera, so hopefully it'll be warm enough for some knee downs. I know Paul can get his knee down backing the bike out of the driveway, so it's no big issue for him.![]()

Oh man....sooo much traffic on the ride home. The good news is, I did about 20 laps around the 125/495 cloverleaf (all new pavement!). On my first run through... (first leaf too) I realized I was hangin' off...but not sticking my knee out at all. So I moved it over...oh, about a half inch...and GGRRRIIIIINNNDDDDDD all the way around the ramp! I managed to get it down almost every time through after that. Figures, I couldn't get my left one down when I was trying, and I can get my right - much weaker side - down without trying to. Sheesh.
Anyway, Paul, Jay, Ian, , Mike, Derek...I had a sweet time!![]()
DOH! Confucious say, "In order to drag a knee, one must first stick knee out!!!"
Awesome ride today fellas. Derek and Ian, I never even saw you guys get off Rt 3 til a few miles later; otherwise I would have waved! Must have been day dreaming...
So if this ends up being my last real New England ride, let me just say that it couldn't have been a better one!!!:cool

glad to hear you gus had a good riding day, I have to report that I did too, I only went out a couple hours but made several passes over VT 17, the new pavement is freeking AWESOME, they also did some guardrail & shoulder work too, they widened the shoulders in a couple of the hairpins so that cages don't drag gravel into the road anymore. Took Mary for a ride over too, scraped my pegs 2up, first time I've ever done that, Mary didn't even freek out and slap me side of the head
