Apparently Handy's Lunch has been losing business to some of the new restaurants that have moved into the area lately, so Earl (current owner, nth-generation Handy) has been using a variety of methods to gain exposure and interest -- one of which is that tomorrow the plan is to line the streets on either side of the corner with bikes at noon.
If you're so inclined, come help out -- be there at noon (corner of Maple and South Champlain St). We can make it a lunchtime precursor to Bike Night.
