Wondering what the news was from the banquet regarding next year, changes, etc.

I wasn't able to make it. I didn't see a thread yet.

Classic moved back to fathers day weekend, 7 events, IRL coming next year, talk of a dirt track, being built im sure ill tink of more, but it was mostly just watching Scotty and Ricky walk up the the stage

I like that the weekends are going to be spaced out more regularly (~1 per month) instead of jamming the first half of the season into two months.

However the mid-late october weekend could be interesting...

The mid-April weekend could be interesting too. A few years ago there were still snowbanks in the middle of April.

ahh yes dodging snow banks on the way to pre grid and getting blinded by the sun shining off the snow into 6. No hookers for pre teen, i did make him stay up late though and tell me storys untill i fell asleep.

-They will be building a 4.7 mile roadcourse dedicated to motorcycles. Part of the new track will mimic the existing one...for nostalgia sake...

-They'll also be building a drag racing track. Two actually, one for motorcyles, one for cars/trucks...

-Two motocross-style tracks will be built. One for dirtbikes, one for ATV's. They're still tossing around the idea of a quad-terrain style race course...

-The website will be updated daily with up-to-the-minute information clearly posted...

-No more rule changes unless favored by a majority vote of any & all currently licensed racers in good standing...

-In the event of snow, races will be postponed to the following weekend...

-At-the-gate registering will now be seemless...

-The Classic will be held Father's Day weekend no matter what...

-The infield sound system will work without flaw...

-They've vowed to bring back near capacity crowds for the Classic weekend...
