T11 is probably the one that will require the most attention as far as downshifting goes. Not sure on an SV but I grab two gears down going up to the wall in T1 and already have my gear in place for T6.
You may want to consider putting more weight on your outside foot for these turns, which will do a few things for you but also allow you to move your left a bit easier for shifting
...and like others have said, feed the clutch slowly or rev-match. I don't have a slipper so I have to use a bit of both.

Are you on the brake while blipping the throttle and feeding the clutch or are you clutch in and no the brake grabbing 2 shifts then out of the clutch.

[brakes] [pull in clutch/blip/gear change/slip clutch] [steering input] [/steering input] [/slip clutch] (if you haven't already) [/brakes]
That's assuming you already have your body positioning set before you start braking.
