The NESR Racing team will be looking for people to help out next race season. Before you jump on the bandwagon and say "I want some of that" let me tell you what we are looking for.
1. TOTAL COMITTMENT. Every race weekend, saturday and sunday (and friday if you can make it).
2. 7AM starts at the track.
3. Rain, snow or shine, you will be needed.
4. A positive, business-like attitude.
5. Ability to work under direction, under pressure without questioning.
6. Team work ability is essential, no lone rangers please.
The pay sucks, there are no tangible benefits (we feed/water you, that's about it) but the camaraderie is great.
Now, if I haven't scared you off, who is interested?
We are VERY serious about the team next year. We will be having meetings soon to discuss assignments.

Degs....
My time may be limited, but I can offer as much as I can.
We will see what next year brings for me as to my availability.
Once you get the "Sleds" hooked up, they will usually run good for the season, unless something catastophic happens internally.
As for This Year, It was great working with you guys, and It was very satisfying for me to see you take what little tuning I did, and all the help from the other members, and make it a great year for yourselves, and NESR Racing....
GREAT JOB and Congrats!
Too old to rock and roll, too young to die.
Hey Derek,
I would like to say that I will be there 100%, but I am having another baby in Feb, so I can't make that total commitment. And to be honest I am going to take the Penguin school in the spring with the intent to get my license and hopefuly something to ride next summer. Of course I would like to fly the NESR banner when I race and be part of the team in what ever facet my time and financing will allow.
I wish I could be more 100%, but I am sure that you understand. Send me an email so we can talk.
Steven
That's a cool picture you have posted Derek![]()
While i wish i could be there every race weekend, my job and a few other plans i have for next year (building a log cabin) would not allow me to give you the 100% commitment you're looking for. I can assure you that any weekend i can, i'll make it up there to give you'z a hand and show some support![]()
Yamaha
but ill help when im there had alot of fun last year if i was closer id take you up on it tho................................the 3 1/2 hour ride fucks me up 7 hour road time sux
Thanks for the replies guys. We're certainly not going to exclude any help, but we are changing the format a little this year for a variety of reasons. The main one being: We are making a run at the big-time in the next couple of seasons and doing so requires a extraordinary TEAM effort. No one here, from the rider to the gas man, the mechanic or the person who runs for parts is any more or less important. Having someone there who you can count on is one less thing for us to worry about come race day.
Want to wrench on bike in a race atmosphere, but not sure of your skills? Drop me a line. I'll teach anyone WILLING TO LEARN. We aren't looking for full time professional race mechanics.
Were looking for people who like to turn a wrench and be rewarded by seeing there TEAM on the podium.
Any takers? E-mail me at the following Rabid Motorsports

Hey Degsy
I already sent an e mail to Rabid 1 about this. ...As far as you looking for some full time race team members, If there are any pit crew spots open after all of the finalizing is done, try to find me a spot. I usually work every other saturday, but getting coverage...or even re arranging the saturday schedule wont be a problem. In just a few words...c o u n t m e i n!!
I want to be on the podium just as bad as you do bro!!!

Degs, after some fast talking I have the OK to go to all of the races this year. So count me in. I am willing to do anything(almost) that you guys need, be it turn wrenches, or time laps. Let me know.

Degs, is there anyway you'll know the schedule for next year soon, I'll see if I can make it to every race. I can fill up a tank really good, and this winter I'm gonna try wrenching on my own bike.(we'll see how that goes) If I know the schedule I might be able to work it out, Fridays I get out at noon the latest...... Let me know............![]()
We will be in touch via private messages and emails with everyone who can help out. I am making a list now. The schedule for next year will not be finalized until december at least though sorry.
